Hmmmm….what do you need to know about me…..not much.

I used to work for, what a good friend calls “an overly-large school system” where I tried to help teachers understand where technology can help them when they teach students (a somewhat overwhelming task–and somedays it seems Sysiphisian.)   For relief, I try and focus on other things (my boss and friend recently chose to use me as an example of a “balanced” lifestyle–my husband and sons are still laughing at that.) 

Recently I have rediscovered the joys of  photography. My friends accuse me of taking nothing but panda pictures– my flickr site will disprove that argument (but just barely).

I also do some crafty things on the side and my husband and I are both   “interpreters” on the Asia Trail at the National Zoo.  This blog will contain a lot of those adventures.

I am currently on the lookout for the next adventure
